Supernova Excellence Program: How To Use The Scheduling Tool version 2010
The Supernova Scheduling Tool is used to schedule your 12/4/2 appointments. It is an Excel Spreadsheet you input your client and butlers into based on their monthly appointment time preference and in person meeting cycle. You can then download to your Outlook calendar. Please note this is the version for Office 2010. If you are using Office 2007 when adding to Outlook the appointments will be automatically downloaded into your default calendar.
